Our Story
Founded in 2003, Abundant Sun Limited was born (during a sunny stroll in Spain) out of our desire to create a company that would be a source of creativity, community, productivity, enjoyment, health, wealth and wisdom for our clients and everyone that our business touches.

Our Timeline
2003 Dr. Jude Smith Rachele & Rollin Rachele form Abundant Sun in London, England to take Diversity & Inclusion to a new level, beyond human resource management and legal compliance, and into complexity theory and sustainable development.
2005 Jude and Rollin successfully launch “Diversity Mindset” training, framing diversity within the context of sustainable development and complexity theory. Abundant Sun is established as a pre-eminent diversity thought leader.

2012 Jude completes her ‘Effective Diversity Management’ thesis and earns a PhD in business management. Abundant Sun launches The E.P.I.C. Journey offering.
2015 Abundant Sun expands to the U.S. with a home base in Vermont, USA.
2020 Abundant Sun partners with Vermont Business for Social Responsibility (VBSR), to bring its inaugural Ethical Performance Improvement Campaign (E.P.I.C.) Education Series to Vermont businesses dedicated to improving their organizational performance.
2021 Abundant Sun opens up its European office in Portugal.
2022 Abundant Sun launches its first ‘Welcoming and Engaging Communities’ cohort of municipalities, in conjunction with Vermont League of Cities and Towns
2022 Abundant Sun introduces, trademarks and starts to beta-test JuJuBee, its online educational and community platform.
2022 Abundant Sun becomes a founding organization of the. Vermont Prosperity Project.
