Julie Curtin is the Director of Homeownership at Champlain Housing Trust where she oversees CHT’s lending, counseling and education and shared equity programs. Since coming to CHT in the fall of 2021 she has helped implement CHT’s Homeownership Equity Program, a program to enhance and encourage homeownership for people of color, and a statewide farmworker housing improvement program. Before coming to CHT, Julie has worked in various capacities for housing and conservation organizations.
