SkiVermont invited Jude to give the keynote speech at its June 2022 conference. The title of the presentation was called: “Diversity Gibberish: Finding rhyme and reason in Vermont’s snow sports culture”. Yes, snow sports. Improving diversity and inclusion on the slopes is not just about more black and brown skiers on the mountains. It is goes deeper than that. All of the SkiVermont’s member businesses have a role to play. We’re talking hotels, food and beverages companies, sporting goods and apparel, construction and travel and transportation, to name a few. We take a systems approach here. Our desire is to provide collective support to member organizations to ensure excellent customer service, as well as employee experience.

It’s hot as blazes out there now….but winter soon comes, and it would be great to be prepared.
